My life and ministry leadership flow from my vow to love my wife and my calling to prepare our 4 young arrows for launch. #reedfamilylove

Lead a life worthy of your calling… Ephesians 4:1

My vow to love my wife and my calling to raise my children in a home that loves and honors our Lord and Savior energizes every aspect of my ministry leadership. My aim is to live the kind of life that matches the immense, infinite value of my call ‘to lead the church on mission to advance God’s kingdom.’

“Christ in you, the hope of glory”
Colossians 1:27, NIV

Core Values

At the center of what I do.

Kingdom Building

Jesus prayed, “your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10, NIV). With courage and obedience, I desire to live my life in such a way that bears witness to the Father’s in-breaking kingdom! My hands build and my feet bring God’s kingdom.

Character Abiding

Jesus taught, “Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me” (John 15:4, NIV). Character flows from abiding with Christ, producing the fruits of His Spirit alive in you!

Leadership Forming

The Apostle Paul stated that Christ gave us gifts “to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up” (Ephesians 4:12, NIV). Leadership is active and intentional, ultimately leading others into maturity and attaining the full measure of Christ.
